That said, I'd definitely use a Czech voice track and english UI and subtitles! Although, nothing gets watched in this house without subtitles whether english or not. In fact, I'm anti-language and went through an Esperanto book when decades younger because that seemed a far smarter approach to the whole verbal communication thing (meh, young and stupid one got fixed on its own). I understand more romanian than I let on (this is a defense mechanism) but speak little to none, and know just a tiny itsy bit of spanish due to unattendant osmosis.
I have a smattering, if generous, of french that was forced upon me due to government policy. Now, don't misunderstand, I only speak English and middling at that. At least as good as the English actors and preferrably as good as the German voice actors (he says knowing no German but having listened to the recent trailer). Seems like there ought to be high-quality Czech actors readily available nearby for this.
